Terrine of the sea

This seafood terrine recipe with salmon and cod is a gourmet and deliciously scented starter.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 200 g of salmon nuts
  • 300 g of cod
  • ½ bunch of chive
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl of liquid cream
  • 1 tsp. teaspoon of turmeric
  • ½ tsp. chilli
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).

> Cut the fish into pieces. Reserve in the fridge.

> Wash and chop the chives.

> In a bowl, beat the eggs, salt, cream, turmeric and
chilli pepper.

> Mix the fish. Pour the mixture into the previous preparation.

Add, without mixing, the chopped chives. Adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper or chili.

> Pour the mixture into a cake mold.

> Place the mold in a dish filled with hot water. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Finish cooking by removing the foil. Continue for 5 minutes.

> Leave to cool and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
