Apple crumble with honey: the recipe


The ultimate fall and winter dessert, crumble with apples and honey is as crisp on the top as it is tender in the heart.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 4 apples organic queen of reinettes
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of honey buckwheat

For the crumble dough:

  • 70 g cane sugar
  • 40 g of tiger nut flour
  • 40 g of rice flour
  • 40 g granola
  • 80 g semi-salted butter

Apple crumble with honey

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).

  • Wash, core and cut the apples into cubes (keep the skin).

For the crumble dough:

  • In a salad bowl, place the sugar, flour and granola.
  • Mix then incorporate the cold butter cut into small pieces.
  • Mix with your hands, then crumble until a "sand" forms. Place in the fridge.
  • In a dish (or 4 ramekins), distribute the apple pieces, pour in the honey and sprinkle with the dough.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.

Natural product resulting from the titanic work of bees melliferous, honey multiplies colors, scents and flavors according to its geographical or botanical origin.
