For breakfast and dessert, enjoy this pear and chocolate tartine, as delicious as it is easy and quick to make.
This is an original idea that should surprise as much as it will delight!
Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches):
- ¼ of a traditional French baguette Rétrodor
- 150g of sugar
- 15cl of liquid cream
- 1 Pear closed
- 60g of chocolate black

Cut the Rétrodor in 2 parts lengthwise then cut 10/15 cm pieces crosswise.
Cut the pear into small cubes.
In a saucepan over low heat, put the sugar and mix well to make a caramel.
Put the cream in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Once the caramel is obtained, add the cream and mix for a long time to obtain a homogeneous mixture, then set aside.
On the toast, cover with the caramel mixture, add the diced pear then sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings.
